What survives after a marketplace order?
Model a single SKU before committing inventory. Use your actual Ozon, Wildberries or logistics quote. All monetary inputs must use the same currency and the same tax basis.
No live tariff feed. You supply the rates for your seller country, category and fulfilment model. The tool does not refresh marketplace fees automatically. Formula checks: October 20, 2026.
Per dispatched order · before tax and overhead
Enter your assumptions and calculate. Results include the cost of orders that come back.
Commission is assumed refundable on returned orders. Outbound delivery and advertising are spent on every dispatch. Resellable returns remain inventory; only the write-off share consumes product cost.
This is contribution, not net profit. Add duties, VAT, payment/FX fees, storage and overhead separately. If a fee is not refundable, allocate it to the per-dispatch cost input.
Send your category, country and assumptions to the desk on Telegram. Nothing is sent automatically.
How the calculation works
Retained revenue = selling price × (1 − return rate). Inventory cost = product cost × (retained share + returned share × write-off share). Contribution = retained revenue after commission − inventory cost − outbound costs − expected reverse logistics − advertising.
Break-even price holds your return rate and costs constant. If every order returns or commission consumes all retained revenue, no finite break-even price exists in this model.
